Summer 2024 Middle School Prep Clinics
Middle School Prep Clinics will be held twice a week on Sundays and Tuesdays with each clinic being 60 minutes. Each week will feature a specific skill focus, while also incorporating overall skill development through game like situations and drills. Middle School Prep Position & Skill Clinics are designed to provide athletes with fundamental, specific training for their position or specific volleyball skills. This program is offered to all athletes ages 11 and older. This is a great option for those new to volleyball, hoping to make a middle school team, or wanting to freshen up on fundamental skills.
