Summer 2022 Intermediate & Advanced Position & Skill Clinics

Position & Skill Clinics are designed to provide athletes with high-level, specific training for their position or specific volleyball skills. This summer, we will offer Intermediate and Advanced level clinics to rising 7th-12th graders. *Carolina One reserves the right to move an athlete to the different clinic levels based on ability as all clinics will be held as same time for the specific position or skill.

  • Intermediate clinics are appropriate for ages 12-18 years old with Middle School, JV, High School, AND at least 2 years of club volleyball experience (Recreation volleyball does not count as club volleyball experience). An athlete must have a demonstrated competence at the fundamentals related to said skill / position.*
  • Advanced clinics are appropriate for ages 15-18 years old with high level of club experience. These clinics go beyond skill development as athletes are expected to be prepared physically and mentally to train at a high level.*
If you do not meet the above criteria, check out our Beginner Position & Skill Clinics located on here: https://www.carolinaonevolleyball.com/Default.aspx?tabid=2745144
