Carolina One has assembled one of the best coaching staffs in the Palmetto Region. Many of our coaches are successful middle school, high school, college, and club coaches in the Upstate. More than half of our coaches played or are currently playing collegiate volleyball. All of our coaches are at least IMPACT certified through USA Volleyball.

Carolina One employs coaches who have played and/or coached at the following colleges: Furman University, Wofford College, University of South Carolina Upstate, Southern Wesleyan University, Clemson University, Anderson University, Lander University, Limestone College, Farleigh Dickinson University, Florida State University, College of Charleston, Brevard College, Central Methodist University, Spartanburg Methodist College, Wingate University, Xavier University, Illinois Benedictine College, Siena Heights University and Southeastern University.
