Tryout Prep classes are designed to help athletes prepare for their school team tryouts, whether they are entering middle school or high school. This class typically sells out, so please register early.

These short & sweet clinics will allow players to get in the gym and get lots of repetitions in a short amount of time. Sign up for 1 or all 3, but be quick because space is very limited! Hour 1 will focus on serving & serve receive. Hour 2 will focus on hitting & blocking. Hour 3 will focus on defense.
