Recruiting Package

Carolina One is excited to offer a new recruiting package, available to all of our players participating on a 16U or older team. This is an optional package, but we strongly encourage all players who wish to continue playing volleyball at the collegiate level to consider enrolling. Initial cost of the Recruiting Package for the 2011-12 season is $250, cost to renew is $150 per year.

What it Includes:

  • A comprehensive online profile at www.carolinaonevolleyball.com/yourname.php. Online profile will include picture, contact information, Performance QSA statistics (height, vertical jump, sprint times, etc.), academic information, team schedule and results, coaches contact information and ability to add statistics.   • Links to game film (parents must provide) hosted on YouTube channel.  
  • 200 player trading cards including player picture, team information, quick stats and website link via QR code. See a sample trading card.
  • Inclusion on Carolina One unsigned player information sheets, distributed to college coaches and scouts at major tournaments.

Additional Options:

  • Assistance with and hosting of Player Skills Video (additional cost of $50)

Benefits:

  • College coaches are increasingly turning to online video clips to evaluate players, rather than watching DVDs that are mailed to them. Coaches may receive hundreds of DVDs per year - a link to a well-organized website is more efficient!
  • Carolina One's recruiting package is an affordable alternative to traditional recruiting services. Did you know that NCAA rules ban coaches from watching video on some recruiting sites?
  • The majority of college coaches recruit from club teams, not high school teams. Having all of your information available on the club's website makes it easier for college coaches to find you and to contact you or your coach.

  • Fill out our online recruiting questionnaire.
  • Pay the $250 fee online (below), or mail a check to Carolina One Volleyball, PO Box 6338, Greenville, SC 29606
  • Deadline to register is January 13, 2012. Videos can be added throughout the year, and online profile can be updated as needed throughout the year. Player cards will be sent to printer in early January.
