What do the fees include?

Our club fees include: coaching expenses, tournament registration fees, uniforms, region registration fees, and gym rental fees. Position practices and Performance QSA training are included for National, Regional and State teams. Our fees do not include travel expenses such as hotels, gas, or food.

Fee-Raising Options

We know that club volleyball can be a large financial burden for some families.  For this reason, we offer several opportunities for athletes to raise money to help offset the cost.  Below is a summary of each of our programs.  We call these "fee-raising" options because the monies raised are related to program fees, and are NOT tax deductible by the donor.

Scrip Program

Scrip is a term that means "substitute money". When you purchase scrip, you're purchasing negotiable gift certificates and prepaid cards that are used just like cash. There is no selling involved. You can use scrip to purchase everyday expenses like food, clothing, and other essentials, and with every purchase, you earn rebates to be applied to your club fees. You purchase scrips at face value and redeem them at face value. The rebates are from 2% to 15% or more, and will be applied to your Carolina One Club Fees.

To view the list of retailers go to www.shopwithscrip.com. Click on "Shop".  Important: Some retailers will display an orange bar stating "Limited Time Special Offer". Click the orange bar to see when the offer expires. We will place the orders on Dec. 7th, so if it expires before then, you will not be able receive the special discount.

You will need to pay Carolina One the entire amount (face value) for the Scrips purchased. The rebate amount will be applied to your club fees.

Order forms will be emailed to all club members on November 28. Order forms & payments should be turned in by Dec. 5th.

Deadline: December 5 (there will be other collection dates in 2012)

  1. Choose from four different candy cases (each one offers different products and profit).
  2. Email Elizabeth Peery at e_peery@charter.net and tell her your order by January 12.

  4. You will receive your order by January 18.
  5. Payment in full is due February 16, including $1 shipping per case.

Deadline to order: January 12
