C1 Speed, Strength, & Agility Program

Greenville Teams - LIFEperformance

Carolina One Volleyball is excited to announce a new partnership with LIFEperformance, owned and led by trainer Andrea Bentley. This addition to our programming for the 2016-17 season will greatly benefit our athletes and enable those wishing to play at the collegiate level access to the necessary training. We believe that LIFEperformance will not only improve our athletes' individual athleticism, but will raise the competitive level of Carolina One Volleyball teams as a whole.

For the 2016-17 season, LIFEperformance will provide training during position practices at our Greenville location. Additionally, all Greenville Power, Elite, and National level teams will participate in off-site training at the LIFEperformance facility once or twice per week, in addition to team practices. Training at the LIFEperformance facility will allow athletes to receive the full benefits of a comprehensive speed, strength, and agility program under the direction of well-qualified, enthusiastic coaches.

Read more about LIFEperformance and the training program that Andrea Bentley and her staff will implement with Carolina One athletes. Carolina One families will have access to further information regarding the training program, nutrition, injury prevention, and other topics once they have accepted a spot on a team for the 2016-17 season.

Carolina One athletes will enjoy the benefits of LIFEperformance training built into the club fees for the 2016-17 season. For athletes to access this training on their own, it would normally be a cost of $150 per month. For the length of our seasons, that would add up to $600-$950 for the year! Providing this benefit to athletes by incorporating it into our club fees provides a much better value, and we are confident the benefits our athletes will see will be worth the additional investment.

Pickens - Velocity Sports Performance

Carolina One will continue our relationship with Velocity Sports Performance for the 2016-17 season. Position training and speed, strength, and agility training for all Pickens teams will take place on Tuesday nights at Velocity Sports Performance. A specific schedule will be released in November.

As a NEW addition this season, all Power, Elite and National teams will have an additional training/practice day at Velocity Sports Performance, in order to maximize the benefits of a speed, strength, and agility program. Carolina One families will also have access to further information regarding the training program, nutrition, injury prevention, and other topics once they have accepted a spot on a team for the 2016-17 season.
