Carolina One offers a variety of summer programs to fit any age or skill level. Whether you are a beginner, a JV player hoping to make Varsity, a Varsity player who wants to start, or an upperclassman preparing for college, we have a program for you! All of our summer camps and programs are staffed by current and former Carolina One coaches, many of whom have played or currently play in college.

Juniors Program

Our most popular summer program, offering basic skills training and low-pressure competition for girls in 3rd-9th grade. Both Juniors I and Juniors II classes will be offered during the spring and summer of 2010.

An opportunity for high school players to compete and train in preparation for the high school season. Limited to 32 participants. Focus is on team competition.

A class designed for JV athletes who want to make Varsity and for returning Varsity athletes who want to prepare for their school’s tryouts or preseason.

Position Training

Advanced training for individual positions, offered for setters, liberos, outside hitters and middle hitters. Class size is limited to maintain 8-1 player to coach ratio.

Opportunity for boys interested in volleyball to participate in structured open gym play. Perfect for brothers who have spent countless hours watching

and are ready to try the sport themselves! Participants must email Kim to confirm attendance each week.

Skill and Agility Training

Pickens


Skill and agility training will be a one-hour intensive class focusing on volleyball skills and agility training. Classes are divided by age and ability.

Open Gym Scrimmages

Pickens


Thursdays at the Pickens Rec will be available for open play and scrimmages. Practices will be supervised and instruction will be provided as needed. Open to all ages, players will be divided into groups as necessary.
