2009-2010 Programs
All programs will be offered in Greenville and Pickens, contingent upon player interest.
City Teams
Our popular non-travel program, city teams play exclusively in Greenville or Pickens. No tryouts are required for this program, and players will be placed on teams based on their age and ability level. Teams will be composed of 8 players and one coach. Teams will practice once a week and will participate in one or two in-house tournaments against other City Teams. Cost for this team is $300 and includes all practices, tournament entry fees, coaching fees, region registration fees, and uniform. Players can choose to participate in position training or strength and conditioning training at an additional cost ($10/session). The city team season runs from January to mid-March.

National Teams
Carolina One National teams offer the highest level of competition. Teams will be composed of 10-12 players, a head coach, and an assistant coach. Teams will practice three times a week, or the equivalent of six hours, and will travel to 9-10 tournaments (8-9 full tournaments plus a half-day region certification tournament) during the season, including a National Qualifier. Cost for this team is $1300 for the season and includes all practices, tournament entry fees, coaching fees, uniforms, region registration fee, position training, and strength and conditioning training with Performance QSA coaches. The national team season runs from tryouts in October/November to mid-April. Select national teams may continue to practice and compete in the 2010 AAU National Championships, dependent on player and parent commitment, at an additional cost.
Regional Teams
Carolina One Regional teams are our most popular travel team option. Regional teams will be composed of 10-12 players, a head coach, and an assistant coach. Teams will practice twice a week, and will travel to 7-8 tournaments (6-7 full tournaments plus a half-day region certification tournament) during the season. Select Regional teams may travel to the Big South National Qualifier in Atlanta, dependent on player and parent commitment, at an additional cost. Cost for this team is $900 for the season and includes all practices, tournament entry fees, coaching fees, uniforms, region registration fee, position training, and strength and conditioning with Performance QSA coaches. The regional team season runs from tryouts in October/November to the end of March.
State Teams
New this season, Carolina One State teams are limited-travel club teams. State teams will be composed of 8-10 players and a head coach. Teams will practice once a week and will travel to four tournaments (three full tournaments and one half-day region certification tournament), all in the Palmetto Region. Cost for this team is $500 and includes all practices, tournament entry fees, coaching fees, uniforms, and region registration fee. Players can choose to participate in position training and/or strength and conditioning training for an additional cost ($10/session). This team is a good option for players who are exploring volleyball or who have school sports or other commitments that prevent them from committing to a full travel team. We ask that players interested in state teams attend tryouts with regional and national teams, but no one will be cut. The state team season runs from tryouts in October/November to early March.
